NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THE CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING.

Eligibility. To participate in the Contest, you must be a legal U.S. resident and eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries/affiliates (collectively, the "Contest Partners"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and the household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

By registering and submitting your demographic and other information, including your email address or phone number, you will be agreeing that your submission and any other information collected in connection with the Contest that you automatically opt-in to receive email or other communications from Lila Labs, Inc. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email.

How To Enter. You may submit one (1) Contest entry during the Contest Period by completing and submitting a survey via the link in the Survey Invitation (each an "Entry"). LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Any attempts by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid Entry in a Contest will be determined by Sponsor. Proof of submission (screen captures, etc) does not constitute proof of entry. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

All registrations must include the entrant's full name and valid email address. The full name and email address provided by online entrants will be the identity of the entrant and, if selected for a prize, the identity of the winner.

Prizes. Lila Labs, Inc. will randomly select three (3) winners to each receive one (1) Relationship Astrology reading from Ricky Williams, astrologer and co-founder of The LILA App (75 minutes in length and valued at $500). Lila Labs, Inc will randomly select 10 winners to each receive one (1) twenty dollar ($20) Amazon Gift Card.

Winner Notification. Potential Winners will be notified via email within ten (10) business days following the expiration of the Contest Period and my be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability.

Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and any other costs in connection with receipt of the prize not specified herein as being provided. Limited one (1) prize per person. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Claim of Prize. Winners must claim their prize within five (5) business days after the data of notification of such prize. Any notification of prize returned to Lila Labs, Inc as non-deliverable and/or failure of Contest winner to respond to the prize notification within the specified five (5) business days will be considered such Contest winner's forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Only a completed entry submitted in response to the Contest and in accordance with the rules will constitute an Official entry. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void. All entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. No substitutions are permitted.

Decisions of the Lila Labs, Inc are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Contest. All prizes will be awarded. In no event shall the Lila Labs, Inc. be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. No substitutions are permitted.

Limitations of Liability. Entrants, by participating, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Contest Partners, and all social media platforms on which the Contest is advertised, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize or participation in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails, survey responses, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, and if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

Any and all disputed will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of California. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of California and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of California.
